With a major exhibition come major responsibilities: the International Agricultural Show appeals for collective mobilization

Every year, the biggest Show in France deploys its 16 hectares across the Porte de Versailles grounds. Thanks to the dedication of 2,000 professionals, a pop-up town comes to life over the space of nine days, welcoming more than 600,000 visitors, 4,000 animals and 1,000 exhibitors.

As a far-reaching event and an actor in society, the International Agricultural Show is conscious of its social, societal and environmental impact.

With its unparalleled influence and range, its responsibilities are no less consequential.

Adopting the SIA’ttitude means saying…

YES to getting on well together

A party can only be fun if all its participants feel at home. Being attentive to other people’s comfort, having positive and constructive discussions, and displaying restraint and responsibility when consuming alcohol are all individual initiatives that will go towards making this gathering an enjoyable experience. The International Agricultural Show is a convivial, warm and universal event, and wants to stay that way. Having a good time here is dependent on people showing due regard for the space and peace of those who bring to life and experience the Show.

YES to a more environmentally friendly Show

Less use of paper, waste sorting and recovery, more ethical freebies, the battle against food waste: in recent years, the International Agricultural Show has adopted a range of more sustainable practices.

At each new edition, the Show goes a step further.

YES to animal welfare at the Show

Transport and settling in, food, living space, rest periods, education aimed at the public: the Show makes every effort to welcome its animals in comfort, and calls on the help of experts to create the best possible conditions for them.

YES to a collective contribution

Organisers, exhibitors, visitors, suppliers and partners can all contribute to the success of the event. Becoming a responsible Show is a huge challenge. The entire community of everyone making up the SIA is invited to play their part.

For a responsible Show, join us in adopting the SIA’ttitude!
