Increasingly frequent climatic hazards, fluctuating health crises, a sudden return to warlike situations… we live in a world in perpetual motion which proves more and more often that nothing is ever taken for granted. While consumers realise the importance of food independence, traceability, respect for nature and recognize the know-how of farmers, they face the daily challenge of working with a living material in a changing context and therefore must adapt. Training and practice of the profession, animal and plant, research for new forms of agriculture or for a better respect of the environment and nature, diversification and new sectors, the International Agricultural Show demonstrates how agriculture is a sector at heart of life, both initiator and actor.
