Thibaut Dijols, breeder of the mascot cow in Curières (12), will proudly represent the colors of the Aubrac breed at the Paris International Agricultural Show.
"Coming to the Show is a great opportunity to communicate about the breed we represent, its breeding qualities and its potential of development"
Born in 2012, she had her first calf at 3 years old, and since then she has been helping to renew the 130 Aubrac herd of Thibaut Dijols. "Haute is curious, sociable and even a little bit proud. She's a real lady in the middle of the flock! "Says Thibaut. Daughter of Venice and Jewel, a bull who finished 2nd of the General Agricultural Competition in 2010, her genetic heritage allows her to be recognized today as one of the best Aubrac cows.
