This foie gras has been reward at &ldquo;Concours General Agricole&rdquo; of Paris by the gold medal on 2014, 2015 and silver medal on 2016. Moreover, this product has the IGP approval.</p>

In 2013, The Maison Micouleau was recognize Artisan Master and certifies IGP Sud-Ouest for our foie gras and our confits. Our Whole duck Foie gras was reward 16 times at the concours General agricole of Paris. More, in 2017, we receive the price of the EXCELENCE, "the best of the best", to reward our quality and know-how.
