Since 1942, Damoiseau Family, owner of the Bellevue distillery located on the commune of Moule in
Guadeloupe, elaborates in the greatest tradition of the French West Indies a high quality Agricultural Rum.
Damoiseau uses the canes of his property and planters in Grande Terre. They benefit from two assets: a calcareous soil and a sunny microclimate allowing harvests at full maturity. Damoiseau also has two distillation columns of recent manufacture, totaling 26 trays, and from which comes a brandy grading between 85 ° and 88 °, a high degree that allows to obtain light and smooth rums that have made the success of the brand.
