Created in 1888, we are a family company from father to sons. We are producers of hand made south west speciality in cans, like Foie Gras, Cassoulet, Confits, Terrines and country cook dishes. Our products are made respectfull of tradition, colorant and preservative free, in Beaumont de lomagne (little town from the south west of France). Since 130 years, we are giving all hismeaning at the word Terroir. We always take care of the origin of our raw materials to keep the best quality of our products. In 2013, the Maison Micouleau was recognize Artisan Master and certifies IGP Sud-Ouest for our foie gras and our confits. Our Whole duck Foie Gras was reward 16 times at the concours General agricole of Paris. More, in 2017, we receive the price of the EXCELLENCE, "the best of the best", to reward our quality and know-how.
