Created in 1888, the small charcuterie has developed thanks to its know-how and the taste quality of its products. For 132 years, Maison Micouleau has been transmitting a passion for the terroir and its traditional family dishes.
We are a family craft business of typical southwestern products. We transmit our passion, our knowledge through our products. It was our great grandfather who started in 1888, our parents traveled to all the fairs in France to taste and sell our products. And we are the children who continue to keep know-how and life skills.
All our products are made entirely by ourselves, handcrafted. They are without coloring, without preservative, without additive, without GMO, and without nitrite salt.
We are recognized as master craftsmen.
After numerous medals at the General Agricultural Competition for our Foie Gras, in 2017 we obtain the Excellence Award from the General Agricultural Competition. This new distinction rewards the entire family business for its know-how and the continuity of the high quality of our traditional products.
In 2018, we created new organic and local products (the supply is made within 30km).
