Nestled on the heights of the Tarn, in the Monts de Lacaune, 800 meters above sea level, the Oberti company has been manufacturing since 1956 a complete range of cold meats and cured meats.
The manufacture, drying and refining of products are part of the centuries-old tradition which makes Lacaune saltings an essential reference in French gastronomy. Hams, sausages and sausages from Lacaune having obtained a PGI in 2015.
Attached to the values of passion and tradition of its founder, the Oberti company represented by the 3rd generation works with quality products based on a high-end selection of pork meats, a know-how of salting with dry salt of Mediterranean and ripening in a mountain dryer.
