Champagne cuvée Tradition
The farm, created by Julien LACUISSE and his sons, today covers an area of 17 hectares spread over the "premier cru" hillsides of Sermiers, in the heart of the Reims mountain.
Our vineyard is composed of 70% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay.
Attentive to the heritage that nature has given us, we have changed our viticultural practices for many years and are certified Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC) and High Environmental Value (HVE).
We no longer use insecticides, limit fungicide and herbicide treatments. Instead, we do mechanical tillage, leaf stripping and sexual confusion. We collect our washing water, sort our waste and have it recycled.
Our champagnes are as natural as possible because we have not added any more bisulfite during disgorgement for 10 years.
The cuvées from our Premium Nature collection have been without added sugar, for more than 5 years for some. This allows them to express all the delicate minerality of Champagne. All our champagnes benefit from a long aging in the cellar to offer you wines whose complexity will delight your palates (minimum 4 years).
