Producer of porc and duck delicatessen since 1947, Miquel perpetuate last century's receipes among which you'll find many of the Aveyron region specialties.
Situated in the beautiful valley of Marcillac in the French Department of the Aveyron (Dept 12), Les Vignerons du Vallon unites 38 of the local producers of this highly regarded appellation and on average sells around 55% of the annual production of Marcillac wines. Still picked in the traditional way, by hand, the vines are grown in the red Clay-Limestone soil known locally as ‘Rougier’ and which characterises the local area. The qualities of this soil combined with the altitude of the vineyards and a unique meeting point of three climatic zones: Continental, Oceanic and Mediterranean, give the Mansois grape variety, upon which our wines are exclusively based, its exceptional characteristics and enchanting aromas.
