Soleu E Destré is a company created by 3 friends in 2001, in Beaumont-du-Ventoux. Their speciality, Le Coudounat, is a spirituous beverage prepared in an artisanal way with quince of Provence, according to a traditional recipe. Corinne perpetuates the tradition and sells this gold coloured beverage since 2011. It is perfect for aperitif, cocktails, digestive and it goes well with foie gras and tasty cheese.
