La Marmite des Saveurs, an artisanal company, manufacture provencal specialities that can be eaten with bread, but also different types of sauce and confit. At the head, Yan, a cook whose passion came from his father. Traditions and specialities of the Provence are at the core of the meals, but Yan tries to bring modernity and newness to it. Confits, tians, tapenadoliv’, everything he does smells like vegetables from the Vaucluse soil and goes well with some foie gras, beef brochettes, pastas as well as couscous or nems.
