Les Escargots de Valérie
Valérie grows snails in open-air, aspersa maxima and aspersa muller, since 2008. She is serious about her work and she makes sure that they are bred, cooked and shipped in France. They come with several sauce : parsley, tomato, provencal, or Bourguignon, the choice stays yours. Her meals are free of colorants and preservative agents but full of passion. Enjoy !
