La Maison du Fruit Confit
La Maison du Fruit confit is specialized in candied fruits and declicious sweets since 1962. It has received the label Living Heritage Company in 2017 for its artisanal known-how and its excellence. Located in the heart of the Luberon, this aptian company work with 250 local arboriculturists. Cantaloupe, apricot, aptian pears, figs, bigarreau cherries, kiwi, clementine as well as lemon are candied and frozened following an ancestral technique before being placed in a basket of 250 to 300 grams of sweets.
