Description

Jonathan is at the head of a biological agricultural holding. There, he produces parfumed plants, medical plants, aromatic plants, grains and chestnut cream. In the Plateau de Sault, this farmer harvests, sorts and bleaches spelt before putting it into bags in order to give his customers a product of quality. As he wants to reduce his waste to the minimum, Jonathan also makes flour out of the spelt which allows him to produce pasta. Here, the spelt is derived but always in tasty ways.
