Alain comes from the Vaucluse and took over his family agricultural holding where he grows cherries, peaches, apricots and plums on a field of 15 ha. The fruits are collected by hand and are then sold in the agricultural holding shed as well as in boutique partners. With the excess of fruit, fruit nectars are made in Saint-Andiol. Each type of fruit is collected 4 to 6 times in order to provide the clients ripe fruits.
