Coopérative Paysan du Coustellet

Description

At first, 17 farmers gathered to create an orgonization called the coopérative Naturellement Paysan in order to sell fresh products while still being paid sufficiently. Currently, 60 farmers are comitted in this organisation and produce in the respect of the environnement. All the products are sold in short-supply chains in a mutual sale area and always according to the seasons. They assure transparency, traceability and quality to their customers.
