Dorinne had the excellent idea of combining the flavours of the Maurice island, where she comes from with the flavours of the Provence. Since 2008, with Confit & Co, she makes in her kitchen modern aromatic confits to sublime your favorite meals. The confits are artisanally made with thyme, verbena or basil and are entierely plant based, with spices and ingredients 100% natural and local. Lavender or poppies flavoured sugar will for sure enhance your recipe.
